Appraiser acknowledges and agrees that the information provided herein is confidential to Lennar Corporation and/or its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Lennar Parties"), and may contain proprietary information of the Lennar Parties and/or "non-public personal information" of consumers, as such term is defined under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999 and its implementing regulations (collectively, the "GLBA"). Appraiser agrees to use, store, protect, transmit, destroy any and all confidential information provided herein in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, agency and investor guidelines and terms of appraiser’s engagement, including, without limitation, the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, the GLBA and state privacy laws. Appraiser acknowledges any failure to comply with foregoing obligation may cause the Lennar Parties and affected consumers damages, and agrees to indemnify the Lennar Parties for the same.
